Villa Avalon – the name Avalon means paradise on earthly utopia, and this Villa is nothing less than what the name states. It is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral directly on Surfside Blvd., one of the wealthiest streets in Cape Coral. The house is modern and elegant. This well-designed home is an amazing vacation destination for the whole family. As soon as you enter the living area with high ceilings and an astounding view of the pool area and the spreader canal, you will feel at home.

The house is exceptional and has everything you need for a high-end vacation. The open breathtaking living area and the outdoor area are places to relax and enjoy.

This property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun until sunset with the option of finding some shade on the lanai to cool off. You can watch the most beautiful sunsets over the spreader canal and mangroves right from your patio.

Living area:

The open-living area was furnished with high quality furniture, stylish accessories and pictures complementing the modern ambience. A self-playing piano is a special and fun treat for our guests to enjoy. Glass sliding door elements that can be moved completely behind a wall, connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

Kitchen:

The open and elegant kitchen, with a big kitchen breakfast bar for 5 people, is fully equipped to delight every cook. Villa Avalon has a special wine-cooler which allows for fun and cozy moments. Further to this floorplan is the dining area with a high-end dining table for 8 people and a beautiful view of the spreader canal.

Bedrooms:

All 5 bedrooms have their own TV.

• Master suite 1 with king-size bed, own bathroom, and walk-in closet. The large and bright suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The big sliding doors bring lots of daylight and a unique view of the pool area, spreader canal, and mangroves.
• Master suite 2 also with king-size bed, own bathroom, and walk-in closet. This suite is also very spacious and offers a breathtaking view of nature.
• The 3 guest rooms each offer a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe. Each room has its own tasteful design and creates a space to relax and unwind.

Bathroom:

Both master bedrooms have their own large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Master suite 1, additionally, has a bathtub. There are two more well-designed bathrooms with walk-in showers available.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a new high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

Master Suite 1 provides a small separate space with an office desk where you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Avalon’s outdoor area is magnificent and unique. It has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. Additionally, there is a mosquito repellent spray system, which offers the best protection against mosquitoes and no see-ums. The extra-large screen fields create an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature. The covered area has a dining table for 8 people and an outdoor kitchen with an integrated gas grill and fridge. Here you can prepare your fresh catch directly. A cozy lounge-corner set, outside TV, and electric fireplace (not heat-able) are also available to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle in your own lanai. The oversized infinity saltwater pool and integrated spa can be electrically and solar heated. Special LED color lighting, fountains, 2 water loungers, fire features, and an outdoor shower leave nothing to be desired when enjoying the pool. Other outside seating options are the 4 pool loungers and a comfortable daybed. The terrace can be heated on the few colder winter evenings - with heaters attached to the ceiling. 

Waterfront, Dock, and Tiki:

Villa Avalon is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. The dock of the house can be used for your own boat or the boats we rent (the lift can’t be used). Direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America right from your own dock creates an exceptional and unforgettable experience. Evening fish lights for fishing with atmospheric LED lighting on the caps of the deck and your very own Tiki hut create a paradise in your own backyard.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral, directly on the spreader canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by foot or bike and offers shops, bars, restaurants, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A Sonos sound system in the entire house and pool area is available for background music. 3 highly efficient air conditioners separately adjustable help to find the right temperature for everyone within the house. A game console, pool table, table tennis, table-soccer, and board games offer lots of entertainment. A 100-inch 4 K home theater projector allows for movie nights from your own coach. A rowing machine and basketball hoop to stay fit is located in the garage. One of the two garages can be used for your personal vehicle. Most importantly, you will find a pool alarm system to protect your kids and give you peace of mind while on vacation.
