The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a view onto the beautiful Placentia canal.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms have been designed with individual colors. The pictures and the accessories have been adapted to the colors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this suite with private bathroom, you have fantastic views onto the canal.
• Guest room 3 has a king-size bed

Bathroom:

The master bedroom and guest suite have their own large bathrooms with walk-in shower. Master bathroom has a bathtub as well. The third guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest powder bath, also useable as pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

The separate office is equipped with a TV, here you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Purple Reign has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The oversized pool with Spa is electric heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area spoils with a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a TV available.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Purple Reign is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.

Location of the villa:

Villa Purple Reign is located on Sands Blvd., one of the most expensive streets in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the Placentia canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars and restaurants.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A Sonos system rounds is available for background music.
